for booking our mobile pizza catering service:
How to Book:

First Come, First Served: Our events are booked on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially during peak months (June - September).

Deposit: A 60% deposit is required to reserve the date of your event. This ensures your booking is confirmed.
Event Setup Requirements:

Flat Outdoor Area: We need a flat, clear outdoor space of approximately 15x15 feet to set up our mobile kitchen and service area.

Power Supply: An electrical outlet is appreciated to power our equipment.
Service Style & Inclusions:

Buffet-Style Service: We serve our pizzas buffet-style, allowing your guests to sample all the pizzas selected from your menu. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to try a variety and keeps the service flow smooth and efficient.

Travel Fees and Setup Conditions:
We love bringing our delicious pizzas to you! To ensure the best service, please note the following:

Travel Fees: We serve a wide area, but if your location is outside our standard service zone, there may be an additional travel fee. This fee helps cover the cost of travel and ensures we can continue providing high-quality service wherever you are. Contact us for a personalized quote if you're unsure about your location.

Access & Terrain Fees: For the best pizza-making experience, we require easy access and a flat surface to set up our mobile kitchen. If the location has difficult access, such as steep inclines, narrow paths, or challenging terrain, or if the setup area isn’t level, there may be an additional fee to cover the extra time and resources needed for setup. Please let us know about any potential challenges in advance so we can plan accordingly!
